How uptime is measured

Uptime is tracked minute by minute: a minute is counted as up only when at least 95% of requests to the website return within 5 seconds. Metrics are kept at different resolutions over time: minute-by-minute data is available for 15 days, then aggregated to 5-minute points for 63 days, and later to 1-hour points for 15 months. This longer-term aggregation can slightly adjust historical uptime figures.
